How do you ship products?
We use USPS Priority Mail for the US. To keep shipping reasonable for elsewhere, we mostly use First Class service from the US Post Office with tracking. It is a bit slower. Recent increases in postage rates from the US Postal Service have resulted in new rates:
- Anywhere in the US $7.50, FREE SHIPPING for US orders over $100.00
- Australia is now calculated on weight and distance formulas and ships via two options through the USPS system. You will see these options and costs during check out.
- Due to increasing taxation and regulations that are difficult for us to stay current with, we no longer ship to anywhere other than the USA and Australia. We do however send orders to freight forwarders in the US if you make those arrangements.
We reserve the right to change our shipping rates, but will not change them mid-order, so you will know what you pay before finalizing an order.
Our system sends out notifications via email at several points in the process; order confirmation, shipping and tracking info, and order delivery confirmation. If your email is incorrect or has aggressive blocking features, you will not get these emails. We want to keep you updated, but if your email server is blocking us, we don't have a good way to contact you. Note: We often cannot get these emails through to customers using an email ending in rr.com.

Why don't you carry more of the 3mm rulers from Westalee?
See the above paragraph. Additionally, this is a small business and I can't possibly stock everything from the get-go. Will this change eventually? Maybe. We do carry 3mm Westalee rulers in the items that we feel need to be used often behind the foot.
Why don't you have more of the Westalee line of rulers?
Again, this is a small business and Westalee's product selection is extensive. I do carry the templates that I find to be the most versatile and useful. It is amazing how many designs can be made from just basic rulers. We can special order anything from their line for you!
Where can I find more information about quilting with rulers?
I'm glad you asked. Visit our blog Amy's Free Motion Quilting Adventures for all kinds of free information primarily about quilting with rulers and free motion quilting in general.
